Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my battery order?
It depends on where you are. Orders from the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days. The delivery lead time of battery will be longer than normal items. Please check with us for the detailed delivery time.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
The battery can be used for about 100 minutes when it is fully changed.
How do I charge the battery — does it charge inside the machine or separately?
There are two ways to charge the battery:
- Charge inside the machine — Keep the battery in the concentrator, plug in the AC adapter, and leave the machine switched off. The battery will charge automatically.
- Charge outside the machine — Remove the battery, then connect it directly to the AC adapter using the battery charging cable for a standalone charge.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
About 3 hours.
Can I charge the battery with a car charger or power bank?
The battery can be charged by car charger only when the machine is off. And the battery can not be charged by power bank.
Can I charge the battery while the oxygen concentrator is running on AC power?
Unfortunately, no. The battery cannot charge while the concentrator is in use. To charge the battery, please turn off the machine, then the battery will be charged automatically.
