1. Warranty Overview
All PortaOxy devices purchased directly from our website or an authorized retailer include a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
1‑Year Replacement Warranty – If your device develops a functional issue within 1 year of delivery due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
2‑Year Service Warranty – Your device is covered for up to 2 years for repair services related to manufacturer defects.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
2. What Is Covered
Warranty coverage includes malfunctions or failures caused by defects in manufacturing or materials when the product is used according to the instructions provided.
Covered Services May Include:
Repair of defective components
Replacement of the product (at our option)
Replacement parts if needed
We may use new or refurbished parts when repairing or replacing a product.
3. What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, broken plastic)
Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or attempts to open the device
Normal wear and tear
Consumable or replaceable parts (e.g., filters, tubing, masks)
Damage caused by environmental factors (water, fire, lightning, etc.)
Products used outside of their intended purpose
Non‑covered repairs may be available for a fee upon request.
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim:
1. Contact Support: Email service@portaoxy.com with your order number, photos or video showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
2. Claim Evaluation: Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
3. Return Authorization: If approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions on where to send the product.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the item to us. Once repaired or replaced, we will cover the shipping cost back to you (if within warranty coverage).
Please include the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package.
5. Inspection and Repair Process
After receiving your product:
We will inspect the item to confirm the defect.
If the defect is covered by warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
If not covered, we will notify you and may offer paid repair options.
This process typically takes 7–14 business days from the time we receive your product, depending on workload and parts availability.
6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Service
Customer to PortaOxy: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us for warranty evaluation.
PortaOxy to Customer: If the repair or replacement is covered under warranty, PortaOxy pays return shipping back to you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and appropriate packaging.
7. Warranty Limitations
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under applicable laws, including consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited.
Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited by law, PortaOxy’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product under warranty.
