Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing PortaOxy! We want you to feel confident with your purchase. Below is our return and refund policy, so you know what to expect if you need to send your item back.


1. Satisfaction Guarantee & Eligibility

We want every PortaOxy customer to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

 a. The item must be in like‑new condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all components and documentation.

 b. You must contact us and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.

Some products are not returnable for hygiene or safety reasons once opened (such as consumables or accessories) — see section 5 below for details.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

 a. Email us at service@portaoxy.com with your order number and reason for returning.

 b. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.

 c. You’ll receive instructions on how and where to ship your return.

 d. Pack the item securely, include the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address we provide.


3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

      A restocking fee may apply for returns due to buyer’s remorse or non‑product issues (e.g., incorrect purchase).

      Items returned without all original parts, accessories, or packaging may be subject to additional charges


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  a. We will notify you about the refund status.

  b. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.

  c. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


5. Non‑Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons once opened, including (but not limited to):

  a. Consumable items (filters, masks, tubing)

  b. Personal items that cannot be resold after use

  c. Items marked as final sale at checkout

If such items are defective or damaged, please contact us for warranty support.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  a. Inspect the items immediately upon receipt.

  b. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.

  c. We will work with you to either replace the product or issue a refund, including return shipping if applicable. 


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled like returns:

  a. Contact us first to request exchange instructions and an RA number.

  b. Ship the original item back following provided instructions.

  c. Once processed, the replacement item will be shipped to you.


8. Warranty Claims

Many PortaOxy products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage varies by product:

   a. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may involve inspection or diagnostic steps.

  b. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized repairs.
